Actively working in psychotherapy.

Psychotherapy should be a process during which you set goals and work to meet them. If we are just hearing about how your day has gone, we aren't doing our jobs. While catching up on your life is helpful at times, we believe that you should feel that you are making progress in your therapy work.

Your plan.

You and your therapist will work together to come up with a plan that you feel great about. While we are trained in a variety of types of therapy, we draw mainly from the following modalities:

  • Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)

  • Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT)

  • Psychodynamic Therapy

  • Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)

  • Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP)

  • Insight-Oriented Therapy

  • Interpersonal Therapy

  • Supportive Therapy
