Erin Valenti, MD

You want to take care of your mental health, but a one-size-fits-all system isn't working for you. You'd like a more flexible and creative approach to treatment with a highly personalized treatment plan. You're looking for a provider that is approachable, available, and attentive. The relationship between a provider and a client is everything in mental health treatment. If we work together, you can expect treatment that is based in an open, honest, and collaborative relationship.

I am a board certified, Harvard trained psychiatrist with a medical degree from Brown University. As a faculty member at Harvard Medical School, I teach residents and medical students in psychopharmacology and therapy. I have extra training in CBT and DBT, and I enjoy helping people regulate their emotions and meet their goals.

Whether you're taking the first step in reaching out for help or you've worked with previous providers in the past, you're hoping to work with someone who is open and committed to working with you collaboratively to develop individualized treatment that will achieve your goals. I believe mental health treatment demands a flexible and creative approach. If we work together, I will thoughtfully approach your treatment in this fashion to evaluate if medications and/or therapy may be appropriate for your needs.

I am a board-certified Harvard-trained psychiatrist and instructor at Harvard Medical School. I have broad experience with psychiatric management of mood and anxiety disorders, and applying multimodal therapeutic techniques like DBT and ACT to best suit my patients needs.

Chia Hsuan Sabrina Chang, PhD

You are starting therapy because you have the courage to leave behind the familiar in pursuit of something different. In therapy, we will translate this strength into meaningful changes in your life. I am a fully licensed, Harvard-trained psychologist with expertise in post-traumatic stress disorder, race-based trauma/stress, social anxiety disorder, panic disorder, generalized anxiety disorder, and obsessive compulsive disorder. I am also interested in navigating life transitions, role changes and grief alongside my client. You can expect to sit across from a therapist that is warm, authentic, and empowering.

As a faculty member at Harvard Medical School, I train residents in evidence-based treatment. In the clinic, I tailor these treatments to each client’s unique needs. I often integrate CBT, DBT, insight-oriented therapy, and mindfulness-based therapy. No matter the modality, my approach is always client-centered, trauma-informed, and culturally responsive.
